Hello friend, you’ve reached Matthew(Matthew) Carey. For the past 15 years, I’ve found myself helping companies to do and say things that inspire humans to be better - to each other and our home planet. 

I get my juice from collaboration. Building, growing and leading diverse teams to be their best selves by making work they believe in. I’ve had the pleasure of leading stellar creative teams at agencies like W+K and 72andSunny, innovation teams at Google Creative Lab and leading teams in the wild like bands, film crews, art collectives and activist organizations.

I get my inspiration from visionaries. Mind melding to find the essence of their vision and bringing it into the world for maximum impact. I’ve had the privilege of working directly with a pantheon of amazing humans, from founders like Salman Khan to icons like Rihanna.

My teams and I have created monuments, music videos, apps, campaigns, TED talks, album launches, strategic architecture, brands, rebrands, curriculums, installations, new products, new businesses and most recently, the largest portrait in history.
